Lectures:
Tuesdays and Thursdays     8:30 - 10:00 am (1.5 hours)
 

Tutorials: Tuesdays 4:30, 1 hour. The date of the first tutorial will be announced in class
There is a quiz at each tutorial.


Tests: September 27, October 18, November 15
          January 24, February 14, March 13 (all in tutorial)

Office hours:
Thursdays 2:30-3:30pm or by appointment.


Evaluation:
Final Exam: 50%
 
Mid-year examination: 20%
 
Tests: 25%
 
Quizzes: 5%


Note: You should get at least 50% total and at least 40% of the final exam mark and you must write at least 50% of the quizzes to pass the course.

Calculators are NOT allowed  on the midterm and the final exam.
